  • Each engagement is different, but we can staff roles in as little as two weeks. The more flexible and responsive you are during the staffing process, the faster we can make amazing things happen!

  • We value fair and transparent pricing. We have six rate levels from Junior Product Manager (1) to Head of Product (6). These rates are billed hourly, daily or monthly depending on the length of the contract and client needs. Generally, these rates are calculated as Market Rate for Permanent Staff + 19%.   • We believe that trust and working well together are the foundation of great product outcomes. We don’t charge while we’re figuring out the right candidate. However, we do ask that you sign an engagement letter to clarify expectations of the staffing process. We generally invoice monthly with 30 day terms. We may ask new clients for pre-payment during the first month of service within 14 days of the beginning of a contract.
