We want to give you options. You don’t need to be unhappy in your current job to join our talent pool - just open to the idea of new work. Once you’re approved, we’ll start sending you jobs that fit your skillset, and you always have the option of saying ‘yes’ or ‘no’. We’ll give you scope and pay information before you make your choice. All we ask is that you give a prompt response.
Transparent pay and contracts
We value fair and transparent pay. We negotiate premium rates commensurate with the high quality of our talent and take a 19% margin between client and freelancer rates. We have six rate levels from Junior Product Manager (L1) to Head of Product (L6). These rates are billed hourly, daily or monthly depending on the length of the contract and client needs. Based on the interview process and client standards, you will be assigned a rate level for each job you’re offered.

You will show us that you possess the qualities of a great Product Manager for your level. As a result, we stand behind the Product Managers in our talent pool. You’ll be in good company, and we’ll have your back.

We send you a skills assessment for you to complete. You’ll honestly rate your experience and share two written case examples.

We’ll ask you about your skills and experience, and build out a profile which we can use with clients.
