Business Case

TL;DR - a Business Case is an assessment of how you will make money, and how much money you will make:

  • Business Cases vary in detail according to how far along you are - ie. they could be a Total Addressable Market (TAM) estimate, or a 3-year P&L

  • Can be used to make decisions about how to grow business, to raise money, or for financial planning

  • Includes research and ideation on your business model (generally the biggest innovation lever in a business!)
